As an artist, my practice is centred around creating site-specific, ephemeral installations that explore the relationship between man-made forms and natural environments in an otherworldly and ambiguous way. I use clay, glass, copper wire crochet, paper and some natural pieces as my mediums and I create organic forms by combining traditional techniques with experimental methods. These forms are sculpted in a way that they appear otherworldly and surreal, blurring the lines between what is natural and what is man-made. I place these forms in a variety of natural landscapes, including rock formations, trees, and archaeological sites. This creates an ambiguous relationship between the objects and the surroundings and adds a sense of otherworldliness to the work.

My goal is to create experiences that invite viewers to see the world in a new way. I want to encourage people to appreciate the beauty of nature and the unique relationship it has with man-made forms in an ambiguous and otherworldly way. I want to create art that is thought-provoking and emotionally powerful, that resonates with people on a personal level and encourages them to reflect on their own relationship with the world around them. My art invites people to question the familiar and explore the unknown, to see the beauty in the mystery.
